Bush and grasslands. Yellow breast and rump; belly white; dull greenish above.

Acacia thornveld. Brown above with yellow flight-feather edges; below yellow.

Wetlands. Large yellow weaver; greener above; eyes pale yellow; bill black; male with orange throat in NW regions.

Woodland. Entirely yellow except for black wings, tail feathers and lores; bill pink.
