Karoo Scrub, rocky hills and gorges. A grey-brown and black bird with tawny apearance and short tail
Greater Double-collared Sunbird
Upland forest fringes. Similar to Southern Double-collared Sunbird (below), but bill longer than head.
Forest Buzzard
Exotic plantations. Small buzzard; dark brown above; white below with brown blotching; central breast region usually white; flanks only blotched in immatures.
