Description

Common, near-endemic resident. Identified by blue-grey mantle, back and underparts; of generally greyer appearance than either [Grey Tit] or [Miombo Tit]. Sexes are alike; immature duller. Most often located by its lively bubbling and grating calls. Occurs singly or in pairs in thornveld and mixed bushveld, frequently in bird parties.
